- Apr 24, 2020 · I like the taste the quince gave to recipes I made with it, but the boiled juice was completely undrinkable. Followed some lemonade recipes with about 6-7 water:juice ratio, and a ton of sugar, and that was pretty good. To be seen how to turn it into good wine.
